Withstands heavy loads and cushions shock loading: 2022 has exceptional film strength and high load-carrying capacity due to its heavy synthetic base fluid and a synergistic blend of ALMASOL® and extreme pressure additives
- Reduces lubricant consumption and labour required for reapplication: its extreme tackiness allows 2022 to cling tenaciously to metal surfaces, which limits lubricant sling-off and extends lubrication intervals
- Extends the life of wire ropes and cables: 2022 reduces wear by minimizing wire-to-wire contact within the rope
- Allows for visual inspection of wire ropes: this purple-tinted lubricant appears translucent in use, allowing maintenance personnel to visually inspect for wear
2022 Wirelife™ ALMASOL® Syn Coating Lubricant offers dependable lubrication in tough applications in the mining and construction industries. Because 2022 does not contain halogenated compounds or heavy metals that are ecologically harmful, it can be used in marine environments.
